Russian businessmen offer to open casinos in a five star hotels

Such offer was sent to the leaderships of the country.

There are no any movements in building zones in Kaliningrad, Altay and Far East regions. These projects need much money, investments.  The most suitable form of gambling zones there - is to open casinos in a five star hotels. At the moment only one casino is working in “Azov – City” gambling zone.
